Cara is a natural born leader, and is in her 18th year of Property Management, including previously managing a Property Management team. Cara has strong office management & administration skills & is passionate about working with the public. Her ability to build long standing relationships with her tenants and landlords is a culmination of her exceptional customer service skills and friendly and approachable demeanor. Cara believes that communication is the key, and she ensures that her clients are always kept informed. Cara is always upskilling as much as she can to ensure that she can continue to offer a quality service to her clients.

Cara holds her New Zealand Certificate in Residential Property Management (Level 4) and her New Zealand Certificate in Real Estate (Salesperon Level 4).

Cara lives in Southbridge, and loves working locally. In her spare time she spends time tramping, bush walks, cooking and getting out to the beach and out in her garden in the sun with her three cats Freyja , Nyx and Hecate.
