-Give notice to your property management company for you
-Provide the tenants with the 21 days notice of change of management company
-If there is a break charge to end the management agreement we will look at paying this fee
-Arrange the bond transfer paperwork
-Complete a new lease with the tenant
-Collect the keys and lease information from your old management company
