Need to Report a Repair?

We want our tenants to feel comfortable and supported in their rental home. If something needs fixing or attention, please let us know as soon as you can so our property management team can assess the issue and arrange the next steps.

When submitting a request, please provide as much detail as possible. This helps us understand the problem and gives the property owner or contractor the information they need.

Before You Submit Your Request

Please include:

• A clear description of the problem and when you noticed it
• The room or area affected
• Photos or videos, if available
• Details of any damage or changes to the issue
• Your best contact details for follow-up or access

Urgent Maintenance

For urgent maintenance concerns, please use the emergency contact details provided at the start of your tenancy.

If there is an immediate risk to life or safety, call 111 first.

General Repairs
